You nailed the Game Boy feeling perfectly with your entry! I've been reminded of some boss stages in oldschool games thanks to your game. :) It had a perfect timing, the characters were super cute to look at and the focus on one game mechanic was ideal. Thanks for this cute game and congratulations to the 2nd place in the GBJAM 5! <3 Gladly I included your game in one of our compilation articles about the jam as well as in the related showcase video. Hoping to see more of you in the future! :)
Gotta ask, and I know i'll sound like a sore looser, but really I want to know for next time. Is this not against the rules? I know that technically there are only 4 colors at a time on the screen, but they do change.Wasn't it 4 colors only? Or only 4 at a time?
Yes mate I know, I built a shader and I have the ability to change colors as well, my curiosity is, if it was allowed to have multiple palettes or not. It's ok if you don't speak english, and btw, real nice game. But if anyone else sees this comment, I'd love some feedback, for next time.
Amazing work on this one! The visual presentation and interesting mechanic work very well, even though I admittedly haven't gotten very far into the game. It was all the little touches that made me like this one so much over the other entries, like the cute animations and overall smooth gameplay. I feel like this game deserves more ratings then it has, so I hope people spread this around over the next day!

I cannot speak English, but answer...
This game is only 4 color palettes. I change the color by a program.

I do not use shader.
Gray scale sprites(Only 4 color) -> Program -> Change color -> Output by a screen
I am sorry not to understand English well.
